Delivery & Returns

At La Velocita we think you will love our products but have no problems if you want to return an item.

• You can return any goods for a full refund if it is within 30 days of receiving your original order.  The goods must be in it's original packaging and in unused condition.
• Goods must be returned unused and unwashed with the original packaging and in the same condition you received them in. 
• Goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.  Ensure the goods are packed securely so they do not get damaged. Please also ensure you send the goods with a tracking number, otherwise we will not take responsibility if the goods never arrive at the La Velocita.
• The Customer cannot return any goods purchased which are sale items or which were purchased at a discounted price, nor can the Customer seek a refund for any goods purchased which are sale items or which were purchased at a discounted price.
• The amount refunded will be the price paid when purchasing the garment. Sale items cannot be returned.
• The refund will be processed within one working day once the returned goods have been received
• Any custom made products cannot be returned or refunded
• The cost of shipping the return item/s will be deducted from any refund. That cost will be AUS $15.00 for Australian returns
• If you have purchased a garment and want to swap due to size or colour, the buyer will send the goods back at their own expense and once the order has been received La Velocita will deliver the new goods right away. We provide fee shipping on your first purchase but swaps will incur a flat $15.00 shipping charge.
• International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. La Velocita recommend using a traceable and insured service
• Refunds for international customers will occur once the goods are received by La Velocita
• It is a legal requirement that La Velocita declare the full value of goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages delivered outside of Australia. Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. 
• Any additional charges or fees for customs clearance must be covered by you.  We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstance.

At La Velocita we know you will be super excited to get your hands on our gear.  All in stock items are shipped within 24 hours of order.

• Shipping within Australia is FREE for orders from $100 and up.
• Shipping overseas may take 2 – 3 weeks for you to receive your goods depending on your location.
