Tour de France Green Jersey winner Baden Cook hosted the launch of Factor Bikes at Bike Bug last week.

The distinctive and impressive looking machines are the choice of ONE Pro Cycling, Britain’s newest Professional Continental team. 2016 sees the introduction of 2 new road bike models, The Factor One and the Factor O2.

The Factor One is the updated version of the award winning Vis Vires, featuring a split down tube with an integrated fork. The split down tube is designed to provide optimum aerodynamic advantage, promising to “deliver sprinters a significant advantage at the sharp end of races”.

The Factor O2 is a new design built using the latest technologies to create a super light racing machine weighing in at the current UCI minimum of just 6.5kg.

The next generation of Factor bikes is set to get tongues wagging as the newest carbon exotica on the market promises to combine “only the very highest quality materials, fit, and finishing”.

Down at the Jayco Herald Sun Prologue at Southbank last week, I did notice as the factor bikes just seemed really quiet and the flew past. The finish of the team bikes also looked fantastic, and partnered with the Black Inc. wheels the overall package looks seriously good.

We're doing our best to get one on review...
