We've gone for something a bit different this week... In the depths of winter there's still ways to keep the legs moving and train for the next event.
Todays picture was taken at Sydney's Athlete Lab, where Charli is preparing for the upcoming Half Ironman on the Sunshine Coast.
“So every Saturday morning my coach and I smash out a few kms at the Athlete Lab and then go for a quick run around the harbour. It’s a great way to hide from the cold Sydney weather at the moment... and watch the tour with some fun people instead of sitting on the indoor trainer at home by myself :)
I am always the silly one we try to come up with a picture at the end of each session that represents the session...”
