Instead of heading to 7/11 or the icecream van, give this variation a go. It will not only hydrate you, it will help you recover with anti-inflammatory ingredients. SO GOOD and so good for you!
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 slice of pineapple
- 1cm of fresh tumeric & ginger
- crack of pepper
- 1 cup of coconut water/fresh water
- 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt
- lots of ice!
