Lemon and Pineapple Slurpee

Instead of heading to 7/11 or the icecream van, give this variation a go. It will not only hydrate you, it will help you recover with anti-inflammatory ingredients. SO GOOD and so good for you! 


  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 slice of pineapple
  • 1cm of fresh tumeric & ginger
  • crack of pepper
  • 1 cup of coconut water/fresh water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt
  • lots of ice!
