We’ve been testing the “Polka team Kit” for the last couple of months, and well it is sure to stand out in a bunch - for all the right reasons!
Ride
The cut of the kit is superb. It’s designed to be a race fit and you’ll find that following the size chart will have a well-fitting and snug kit arrive at your door.
The comfort level of the kit is amazing. Perfect for long days in the saddle, or those shorter rides where style is still desired!
Jersey
The jersey has a number of features that make it an absolute pleasure and comfort to wear. The cut means that you will not see your jersey flapping in the wind, its made of lightweight lycra, with perforated side panels and sleeves to allow for breathability and quick drying when you are pushing hard.
A quality YKK full length zipper, silicon arm and waste grippers means that once you have got it on, it won’t be riding/bunching up.
Knicks
The knicks are made using a high performance, lightweight compression lycra and a chamois that provides support and comfort on even the longest rides. Again, the knicks have the silicon leg grippers, which means that they stay put for the whole ride.
The chamois is also another super feature. I need not really say much more, because knicks that are comfortable are, for me, a major selling point. If this kit was not as comfortable as it is… I wouldn’t be wearing it out on the bike as much as I do.
The leg length is perhaps longer than most womens’ specific cuts. This can be a point of contention. Even being quite short, the length still never bothered me. They are superbly comfortable and don’t seem to be TOO long.
Quality
Longevity of the kit has also been a key feature. I have worn this kit on many, many occasions, in all sorts of riding conditions. Despite endless washes and wears, it has maintained its shape and the colour has not at all started to fade or wash out.

Women’s specific cut means women specific sizing!

More and more we are seeing kits creep into the low $300’s… This kit is still quite affordable when compared to the market price for low run kits from boutique manufacturers.
Overall
Great looking kit. Superbly comfortable, has style to boot… and seemingly with good care and handling will last you quite a while surviving multiple washes and wears.
